Refund & Replacement Policy

Because every ChurchTap Company product is custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not guarantee turnaround times or in-hand dates, as production and shipping timelines can vary based on order volume, supply chain factors, and carrier delays.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample pack before placing any bulk order to ensure our adhesive and materials work properly with your specific chair or surface type.


Eligible for Replacement

We stand behind the quality of our products. Replacements will only be issued in cases of a verified manufacturing defect, such as:

  • The TapDot chip does not function properly or fails to scan. Android phone? Be sure to follow these steps to enable.

  • The printed artwork arrives with major defects, damage, or visible production errors.

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.


Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The adhesive does not adhere properly to your specific surface (e.g., certain fabrics, coatings, or Scotchgard-treated materials).

  • Issues caused by incorrect application or mishandling after delivery.

  • Customer-uploaded artwork that includes typos, errors, or low-resolution images. Each design is proofed and approved prior to production.

  • Orders delayed due to shipping carriers or production timelines.

  • Changes of mind or design preference after production has begun.

We highly suggest sample testing before full production precisely to prevent surface or adhesive issues. Each environment can vary, and sample testing helps ensure a strong and lasting hold for your TapDots.


Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged in transit or is lost by the carrier, please reach out to us immediately with photos and your tracking number. We’ll help file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

  • All sales are final unless there’s a confirmed manufacturing defect.

  • No refunds for adhesive issues, surface incompatibility, or late delivery.

  • Sample packs are required before ordering to ensure the product works as expected.
