Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for custom NFC tags unless:

The print quality is defective

The tag does not function as promised due to a manufacturing issue
If you believe your product has a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Incorrect customer-uploaded designs or typos

Tags that do not adhere to your desired surface (see testing recommendation below)

Misuse or mishandling of the tags
Shipping Damage or Loss
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos and tracking info. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or issuing a replacement when appropriate.
